It seems an age since we started this project and we must admit there are been some hard lessons leant and some good friends made. So what have we found out? Well with a myriad of 'job board' and 'employment portals' out there how have we become different? Well it's all about our vision and mission.....
Our Vision
I'm not sure many job boards / employment portals have a strongly defined vision for their company. Most seem to pop-up out the blue and offer little more than cheap / free advertising for recruiters, nothing wrong with that. But here I think we are different.
Our vision is to 'provide an employment portal with elevates the careers of Irish job seekers'. The theory is that if we help job seekers become better candidates, recruiters will have better candidates - so everyone is happy!

Who are we?
jobs2ireland.ie is a joint venture company held by Kala Technology an Irish HR Solutions provider based in Kildare and operating all over Ireland. Kala Technology is the supplier of HRMANTOOL - the user friendly HR Solutions, with over 80 installation in Ireland. The other partner in Enterprisemix is a company which has offices in the UK and Norway who supply job board solutions, sales & marketing consulting, SEO solutions and other software solutions to a global market.
