My client is a well-established Corporate HR Consultancy with offices in Dublin that currently seeks to recruit a Senior Sales Consultant to join the team on a permanent basis.
You must possess:
Previous experience selling Corporate HR Consulting Solutions Experience writing proposals and making presentations
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with extensive client network
Confident negotiation skills
Competent in tender preparation
Ability to grasp and respond to customer requests in a timely manner
Experience of both new business development and account management
Self motivation
High class communication skills
Duties and responsibilities:
To promote, raise the profile and sell a whole range of workforce solutions to new and existing client companies from initial meeting to contract signing
To establish strong professional relationships with selected organisations
To sell strategic workforce solutions to include - Talent Management, Career Management, Wellbeing and Productivity Management, Employee Assistance Programmes
To proactively seek out and develop sales opportunities in the market place in line with agreed territory plan and company growth objectives
Work closely with colleagues in sales and marketing to maximise opportunities through sales campaigns
To ensure annual client (corporate) satisfaction surveys are completed for all accounts managed
Salary region €50-60K + Competitive Benefits Package including Bonus and Car Allowance
