Job Title: EU Payroll Specialist
Description
 
Role Responsibility

You will provide an efficient and effective monthly payroll service to staff for assigned EU countries.

Additional Responsibilities:

    Assist in the transition of European Payroll to new external payroll company.

    Maintain accurate files and records to ensure access to up-to-date information figures and reports.

    Provide monthly payroll reports to the Finance department.

    Conduct manual calculations when and if required

    Complete statutory returns (P.45, P.60)

    Provide an information service to staff with payroll queries

    Liaise with the Human Resource Generalists and department managers to ensure that all payroll changes are accurate.



Experience and Qualification



You will have excellent numerical skills gained during a number of years experience as a payroll clerk in a large European organization combined with a good working knowledge of payroll packages and Microsoft applications. In addition you will have

· Well developed administration skills - data input, record keeping.

· Initiative, adaptability and flexibility.

· Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to priorities tasks.

· Good communication skills.

· The ability to work under pressure to tight deadline
