Job Title: COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER DUBLIN
Description
Commercial Development Manager needed in the Dublin West region.
 
Excellent earning potential (€63,000 OTE minimum with salary included) and career prospects in a fast growing sector for the right candidate.
 
The company
Our client is a campus company located in Tallaght, West Dublin. The company is an innovative utilities intermediary who has designed revolutionary technology to identify various ways and methods – from the simple to the complex – to benefit businesses by reducing utility costs and CO2 emissions. The end result for their customers is a more profitable and greener company. Due to the very fast growth and success of the company over the past year they need to expand their team with an additional Commercial Development Manager.
 
Position To targeted small and medium sized businesses predominately in the Leinster region and negotiate utility supply agreements with them. This will result in a substantial reduction in their utility/operations costs and will lead to a direct reduction in their carbon emissions and a more energy efficient company. Valuable sales support will be provided. Basis salary provided in addition to a generous commission structure leading to high earning potential. Own vehicle required. Excellent career prospects.
 
Ideal Person
The ideal candidate must possess very solid interpersonal and presentation skills and have experience selling to SME’s in Ireland.
 
Skill/Experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years proven and successful sales experience
  • Business orientated with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate across all levels
  • Competent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated and have a specific plan in place to realise sales targets
  • Very good level of PC and administration skills
  • Have a genuine interest in renewable energy/sustainable energy/energy efficiency
  • Ability to work in a small team
  • Career and goal orientated with excellent organisational skills
  • Friendly outgoing personality
