They currently have a vacancy for a Senior Project Manager for their operation in Dubai. Responsibilities:

• Your role will be a highly commercial project management role and will incorporate the management of up to three high profile, high rise developments around the middle east

   

• You will be responsible for the projects from breaking ground to handover

   

• You will be involved in pre and post contract stage and you will offer value engineering

   

• Preparing schedules and analysis of progress and reporting

   

• You will be managing multiple projects at once and you will need to be familiar with managing multi-billion dirham projects 

   

• Review of Monthly Contractor reports and obtaining the appropriate approvals for issues associated with cost and time

   

• Development and preparation for in house tracking and monitoring systems for all key core activities

   

• Implementing procedures, controls and measures related to the quality management system

   

• Taking suitable corrective and preventive action to address non-conformities

Requirements:

·         Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent with 15 years + experience in the industry

 

·         Possess good knowledge of planning software such as Primavera would be a distinct advantage

 

·         Must have strong co-ordination skills and leadership experience

 

·         Strong, dynamic and a high energy environment and requiring a personality type that reflects their environment.

 

·         Strong, articulate and concise communication skills are essential.
