Chef De Partie Required - 4 Star Experience required; 30K + Our client a 4 Star Hotel in Co. Cork. is currently looking for a highly skilled & motivated Senior Chef De Partie.
This 4* Hotel is a busy , vibrant hotel , with a very highly motivated & loyal team and has built up a tremendous reputation over the years for high quality, good value food. The restaurant has been awarded AA Rosettes for the last eight years.
The main bar serves food through out the day with it s carvery proving to be on of the most popular places to eat in the area. The Wedding / Function & Conference business also makes up a major part of the mix of business. Previous experience in a busy environment essential.
The successful candidate will have previous experience; be creative, passionate, enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills; have the ability to cope well under pressure; demonstrate a passion for quality; possess good communication skills and be organised.
