The latest reports today state that 13000 more people joined the unemployment que in the last month. While the government are insisting that they all doing all they can to help the jobless it is reported that 1 in 6 could be unemployed next year.

Troubled technology firm  Xilinx are set to cut their workforce be nearly 30%. The firm which are cutting 6% of their staff globally have been operating in Ireland since the 90’s, the loss will be a blow to Dublin technology workforce.
