ESB to create thousands of jobs

Electricity supply board have announced that they will create 1000’s of new jobs through new energy technologies. ESB shall recruit some 25o engineers and train a further 800 in a major stimulas package which has has money from foreign markets invested in to it. ESB explained that prices would not be affect and the return on investment would be high.
